I’ve been on a weight loss journey that I haven’t really talked much about.
I haven’t talked about it because I honestly just thought I was gonna fail again. I’m the queen of failing at losing weight.
I still have a long way to go to achieve my goals but I’m making progress.
I can wholeheartedly say the reason I’m having success finally is because I went to therapy. The core of my excess weight was mental, not physical.
If you are like me and you’ve struggled 100 times to lose weight with no success, consider your mental health. Really look hard at it. Your issue may not be physical at all. It might just be manifesting itself physically.
